We try to keep a variety of 8″ cakes available in our display cases for immediate purchase, but we highly recommend placing cake orders at least 48 hours in advance–on popular weekends our baking schedule often fills up! We feature both “Classic” and “Deluxe” flavors, all of which are available in sizes ranging from 6″ rounds to full sheet cakes–please scroll down for a guide to sizing and pricing. All cakes are three layers. An inscription on your cake is always free!
We also offer 2-layer gluten-free cakes in Raspberry Lemon, Very Vanilla, Chocolate on Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Brooklyn Blackout and Strawberry Fields (6″ round: $55; 8″ round: $65; larger sizes available). Please note that while these cakes are gluten-free, they are baked in a kitchen where wheat flour is used.
Our buttercream-covered cakes should be eaten at room temperature–so please store them in the fridge but remove them 2-3 hours before serving to allow the buttercream to become soft and creamy.
